EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY

Tonik is happy to exchange your product for a different size or another item within 30 days of purchase on the strict condition that the product is unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags still attached.

If you cannot find any product suitable for exchange, you may choose to receive a credit note to spend in-store.

Please note: Credit notes are not redeemable for shipping costs.
It is important to us that your shopping experience with Tonik is an amazing one! If you would like to exchange an item please contact us at info@tonik.com.au. Please include your name, contact details and the reason for the return of the product. One of our friendly staff will be in contact with you to assist you as soon as possible.

Tonik is happy to give you a full refund if the product you have purchased is:

Significantly different from the description shown
If it is faulty and can’t be easily fixed or replaced.

You are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind.

SHIPPING COSTS

We regret that Tonik is unable to refund any shipping costs. When exchanging an item you must return the original goods to us at your expense. Once your goods have been received at our end, we will email you a credit note. This credit note can be used either online or in store.

If shipping details are incorrect or the parcel is returned to sender, you will be credited the amount minus the postage costs.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the high demand for our product, we cannot hold sizes online to exchange. To avoid postage costs, please make sure you are choosing the right product and correct size.

We recommend that you use a postage method that can be tracked as it is your responsibility that the goods get to us safely. If sizes or products are exchanged more than once, postage costs will become the customers responsibility when you repurchase.

If you are unsure about your size please let us know and we can measure the item in question for you.
There will be no refunds or exchanges on swimwear due to health regulations unless the product is faulty or not as described.
Please DO NOT send any exchanges or returns without contacting our online support team. Parcels will not be accepted unless previously organised with our online support team.

Once you have contacted our team you will recieve an email indicating where the product must be posted to and instructions on how to go about returning your item.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. If parcels are returned to sender, postage costs are unable to be refunded or credited.

ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Orders are picked, packed and shipped with Australia Post on the next business day following your online purchase.

REGULAR POST: 10-13 Business days after the parcel is sent, you should recieve your item.

EXPRESS POST: 4-7 Business days after the parcel is sent, you should receive your item.

All purchases sent via Express Post with Australia Post require a signature.

SHIPPING COSTS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Shiping costs are as stated below (costs may be subject to change and can vary from sale to sale).

Purchases Over $50 Free – Regular Registered Australia Post

This option is only available if your purchase of clothing, footwear or accessories online in the one transaction is over $50.00 AUD. Regular Post timeframe is within 10 days (Estimate is not for rural areas.)

Express Post

If you just can’t wait that extra few days for Regular Post, Express Post is your best option. This option will cost you $10.00 AUD but you will receive your item/s faster. Shipping duration: 1-4 days.
